ARE YOU AN OWNER?
1) OUR PROPERTIES: we have country houses and villas, apartments located in the centre of the major Italian towns, Agriturismi and holiday homes.
2) VISIT: Before taking any new property, we will arrange an inspection visit to check features:easily reachable by car, excellent location, good furniture, private swimming pool, qualityaccommodation and facilities (tv - VHS - satellite – Hi-fi - etc..) maid personnel (cleaning, parkand swimming pool maintenance)
3) CONTRACT: Owner will draw up a contract with LE CASE COLONICHE to start propertyrental. At the beginning we agree a 1 year contract, that we can renew for a longer period.Usually, we have 3 rental seasons (high, medium and low). Rental rates, agreed with owners,will reflect the size of the villa, its location and its facilities.
4) MARKETING: Foreigners, specially English , northern Europe and American, people are ourmost remarkable guests, that’s why we focused our marketing strategy on internet; in fact thebiggest part of our daily contacts comes directly from our web site. We, also advert ourcompany in the most important Italian and foreign magazines for travels and holiday villas.
5) BROCHURES: We publish each year a high quality, full colour brochure distributed andpromoted by tour operators.
6) RESERVATIONS: The owner has to inform us, about options or reservations, asap
7) UPDATED: We send regular updated situation (per fax or e-mail) of reservations and options ofthe property. You can also check your property situation on our availability calendar from our website.
8) PAYMENTS: The stays are paid within the end of the month of September, different accordsexcepted.
9) FACILITIES: Owners have to guarantee weekly cleaning, daily cleaning of the swimming pool,park maintenance (a good way to check property conditions during the location), a weeklychange of bed linen and bathroom towels and property facilities (tv – hi-fi - satellite - etc..). Allother services (i.e.: extra linen change, more frequent cleaning, breakfast, lunch and dinnersupply) won’t be included in the weekly rate and paid directly to you.
10) SECURITY DEPOSIT: For each property we suggest to require a security deposit that guestwill pay you on arrival. The deposit will be returned on departure after verification of the state ofthe property. We, also, suggest you to insure your property against damages and civil responsibility.
