LE CASE COLONICHE, in order to facilitate a request or booking, have deemed it opportune to develop various forms of utilization on their website www.lecasecoloniche.com. Below you will find the three forms for requesting information or for booking one of our properties. The first, through booking online, permits you to book in real time a period in one of our villas by credit card. The other two methods provide for bookings in the traditional manner and through normal bank transfers. We have intentionally included two methods for requesting information and booking by bank transfer to help those who have a different approach to the modern methods of data transmission.

This procedure allows you, by clicking on CHECK AVAILABLE WEEKS AND BOOK BY BANK TRANSFER, to enter the annual calendar page. Then just click on any day of the selected week/weeks and the selected period will appear highlighted on the calendar and at the bottom right the period of beginning and end of stay will allow you to check the selected dates and click on REQUEST. Click on the enter key to go to the second page where you will see, at the top, the name of the house, the recapitulation of the weeks booked, the dates and the total cost. Next to the total cost are two more fields that indicate the advance payment (30% of the total) and the balance. We recommend that you fill in the fields highlighted in yellow completely and correctly and in particular your e-mail address. The fixed number that you will see next to pax is the maximum number of people that the house can accommodate. We recommend that you insert the number of people who will be staying in the house specifying the number of adults and the number of children.

If you have clicked on BOOKINGS an LE CASE COLONICHE operator will send you in the shortest possible time the booking form and the general booking conditions by e-mail. From the moment that LE CASE COLONICHE sends this documentation, the client has three days in which to confirm the booking and to send via fax to +39.0.575.679395 or via e-mail info@lecasecoloniche.com the booking form, correctly filled in and specifying the names of the guests and in particular the ages of the children and a photocopy of the bank transfer. Once the payment has arrived at the bank account indicated on the booking form, LE CASE COLONICHE will send via e-mail the relative invoice as confirmation of the booking and collection of the sum accredited.
