"Le Case Coloniche" began in 2001, from an idea of an enterprising young businesswoman, Stefania, who already had many years experience in the area of farmhouse holidays (agriturismo), and who wished to expand her activities, whilst providing a top quality style of tourism. All of her properties distinguish themselves by their natural setting, the many facilities available and the excellent choice of furnishings.
They are all situated in central Italy, within Tuscany and Umbria, both regions well known not only for the many cultural possibilities available, but also for the high quality wine and food, typical of these areas. This young woman's main aim is to be able to satisfy all of her clients needs and in doing so, make their holiday memorable.
By putting herself at their complete disposal, she can advise them on the important places to visit nearby, where to find local restaurants which offer the same high standards and cordiality as she herself does, and therefore giving a relaxing vacation which is both cultural and fun. Being native of this land, where nature offers a unique and unforgettable spectacle, she has continually discovered new wonders, in the narrow streets of the tiny hamlets which nestle into the gently rolling hills, listening to birdsong and admiring them in flight.
These are wonders which she would like to share with you, discovering her world in a way that no tourist simply passing through would ever begin to realise Only someone who has grown up with this world and who loves and appreciates it completely, is able to render it an unforgettable experience for you.
